I'm totally alive and totally loving ARKANSAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my job and I love the church I am attending...(FBC ROGERS)

But the real reason for my absence on the blog and twitter is because......




like LOVE LOVE. not just regular love but the real thing!!!! The kind of love that convos center around getting married asap and what our future will be like. The kind of love that makes you not want to spend time blogging or tweeting because you want to spend time with them more! The kind of love that is honestly once in a lifetime and you know this IS IT!!!! My time for love has arrived! It's amazing how the Lord brought me all the way here and within a short amount of time.....I knew who I was going to marry.

I haven't mastered the art of taking our pic together. ha! he is super tall and I'm short so it will take some time!

does he look familiar from my very last post??????? hahahhahaa! Yes...Shane and I fell in love!!!!! I know, it is soooooo crazy! He is tall and handsome and kind hearted and the man of my dreams. We were unlikely friends and we are an unlikely couple and yet it works.

He is also 38!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am totally going to marry an older man and I love it. The age is not an issue and it actually works out really well.

He totally has man hands and he totally has man arms and man hair. It is so fun because sometimes guys look like they are still in high school at my age and stuff. ha!

He is a great teacher and he is really loved by sooooo many students!

He is SUCH AN AMAZING ARTIST!!!!!!!!!!

He even bought me a few shirts and stuff!!!!! We are cute on game days!

We LOVE walking and hiking and anything outdoors. Our weekends are jam packed with things and we are just so glad to have each other! My life is so much fuller with him!!!

we have been all over.... and this Saturday I will get to meet Branson Mo for the first time! can't wait to shop! Here are a few pics below from Eureka Springs (our first day trip after sharing our feelings with each other....it was a perfect day) and our Sat at Roaring River.

We even attended a pre-marital conference a few weekends ago. It was full of fantastic info! As most of you can guess......I don't know the first thing about being a girlfriend or how a relationship should be. I have had to do a lot of catching up because I was single for so long. But Shane is so patient with me and is calm when I am crazy. I love him so much. I sometimes wish we could elope hahahhahaha! But I know a June wedding will be better hahahhahhahahha!!! Did I just say that?????? yes I did! Oh i can't wait to be engaged!!! (and yes we have talked rings and stuff)!!!!!

Isn't he handsome!!!!! Anyway, There is sooooooooo much more to this story and how God brought us together.....but I will share that another time....along with the other juicy details. But for now, know that I am doing great and just enjoying spending my free time with Shane. I am sure things will slow down at some poin,t but for now I just want to be present when I am with him and not worried about getting a blog post done or something. I would love your prayers for us and for our future. A few major things need to fall into place for us to be able to get married (his house sold..stuff like that) so please lift that up.

This fall semester has gone by so fast! When I think about where the Lord brought me from and where I am today I just can't help but praise Him. I am soooo happy and I am soooo thankful that I just kept walking forward this summer and did not give up! The Lord had and has very big plans for us......as opposite as we are....the Lord has something big in store! I can't wait to see it play out!
