One Month Later...

That is right dear friends!!! The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has walked me through a crazy personal fire and brought me out on the other side!!! I cant stop praising His name. This past month has been CRAZY/TERRIBLE/EMOTIONAL... HARD/WEIRD/DRAMATIC/FRUSTRATING/EXCITING..and exhausting. Longest summer of my life. Seriously...long.


I have a post saved that I just wrote this morning. Talking about what I have learned and what God has been doing through me. But the more I read over it the more I just didn't want to share. It seemed all to serious and I have done nothing for the last 4 months but THINK, SEARCH, WORK, and be serious. And you know....I am ready to just have fun and rejoice at what the Lord has done. I just want to laugh and smile and celebrate. My future is changing and this adventure is about to get really exciting.


So here is the plan if you want to know.....Mom and I will head to Bentonville on Monday to find me a home to rent. I will be renting for 1 year and then will decide if i want to buy. Maybe by then i will be getting married hahahhaha! LORD LET IT BE SOOOOOOO!!! ha! I will make final decision on Tues and drive back to Tx. My house is totally packed!!! Thursday we will go get the Uhaul and pack up the house. My wonderful AMAZING parents....that have had to listen to my craziness and have worried for me and lost sleep over me ( THEY ARE THE BEST)...will come to help me and my sister and George are also driving in to help me!!!! SOOOOO NICE!!!!


Dad, Dixie, George will drive to parents house on Thurs and stay the night. Mom and I will stay in town and close on my house next Friday the 29th. Then we will are start heading towards Bentonville!!!! SOOO EXCITED!


My sister and mom are staying awhile with me to help me get settled. I move on the 29and new teacher orientation is Aug 3. yes, i know, this is all going crazy fast. Oh, and I will be joining the amazing art dept at the High school. I am very excited about that.


So you are up to speed on what will be happening these next few weeks.

My BFF Laura and I had one last day together before she and her husband Daniel headed of to Asia for the rest of their lives. It was a much need friend day for both of us. We headed to North Park area and ate at the Cheesecake Factory...one of our favorite places.












We then went over to A Pea in the Pod to see if there were a few things I could get Laura in case she gets pregnant and they don't have want she needs over there. It was sooooooooooooooooooooooo fun and soooooo funny! we laughed and laughed. I did not have a clue all this stuff they had for preggo women.



we went in the dressing room and found this! I was sooooo excited and could not wait to put the belly on hahahhahha







oh my word.....we had the very best time! LG i love you!!!!!


Then mom and I headed to Ark for my interview....






That night we met Kelly, Scott, and Hollis at Doe's...




this place was wayyyyyy out of my league but man the food was AMAZING. that steak...oh that steak...












It was such a fun night. We laughed and laughed! And I got the job so Scott I owe yall some steak!! ha!


We celebrated my dad's birthday..

Then we headed to the lake for a long vacation....








then we headed back to bentonville for baby Sadie's Sip and See. Most of you have seen these pics on other blogs so i will just show a few.....






























Then it was back to the lake for my rest and fun! I had bought my mom, dad, and I matching tee shirt to wear hahahhha my dad was such a trooper. I never understand why guys hate to match hahaha it can be so fun!














Then I headed back to Waxahachie to start the long process of packing..



a few weeks ago we also celebrated my dad bday and father's day. Dixie and George treated us to a day at Medieval Times. It was soooooooo fun!!!

and now i am spending my last week in my darling little city.....



but getting ready to take Arkansas by storm hahahah just kidding!

One more thing before I close up....there is one song that I have continued to sing these last 4 weeks....Blessed Be Your Name. When I get to this part I can hardly hold back the tears...

Lord, you are worthy of our praise. I rejoice in what you have done on my behalf. I commit these blessing back to you and ask that above all you will use me to proclaim your great name! I love you Lord! amen.
