me again...hahahhahha ok so you know the drill! By now you kinda know who's who so I will keep my chatting to a minimum because I am out of words.

God stopped the rain long enough for the chairs to be dried and the service to take place! He blessed them!!!

Dustin sang several times!!! He did so good! and I loved hearing a groom sing at his own reception! so fun

ok, taking a break on pictures for awhile. It takes a while to do and I am tired. I'll post lake pictures another day. Asking God to let me write first because I honestly need it....i went to write my post about "our strong one" ..(wrote it on the boat last week) but Father just won't let me finish so I walked away and think a video might be better. We shall see....

I had a great day today! God was in the mood to show off and I just kept getting to witness one thing after another that brought Him great glory. It was so refreshing for me because yesterday and the night before I was having a hard time. My thoughts were trying to deceive me and I had a pity party. But His mercies are new each morning. He is abounding in love and He is my strong tower.....this I know to be true!

I have been claiming Psalm 36:9 "For you are the fountain of life, the light by which we see." NLT..... because I find that when I am self consumed then I begin to list all the things I don't have and start to feel like no one gets me or understands what I am going through. blah blah blah and it feels heavy but the truth is nothing is new under the sun. When I am walking with the Lord, with my eyes on Him and not to the left or right, I see things differently. I see hope in the sorrow, joy hidden in the anger, contentment in the silence. I see my circumstance as His good work in me. I see others differently too and I am able to love deeper.

God straightened me out by reminding me that just because something seems dark it isn't. He knows what lies in darkness and light dwells in Him. He is the lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. The Light of the World......and I am clinging to that tonight! amen
