I don't want to spend a lot of time talking because we are all aware of the Holy Spirit moving deep inside us as one thing after another....both devastating and joyous....seems to be happening. Almost every blog I have clicked on the last few days has talked about the massive increase in major life tragedies. So I don't need to add to what has already been beautifully said.
However, I do have a few thoughts......
The blog world has taken to the field in a major way this past year...two years. A few years ago nobody talked about blogging really. Some did it but many had not heard what a blog even was. I have said it once and I will continue to say it.........The Blog World of Believers is the most perfect picture of the Body of Christ in this technology age. We all have different roles that we play and as we serve God, together and apart, we have formed a massive prayer chain that is not only nation wide but becoming so beautifully global. To God be ALL GLORY!
So in the words of Mordecai to Esther.....I believe the blog world was
created "FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS".
Where else can I go that I can call on thousands of prayer warriors to pray within minutes? It is beyond church family, beyond friends, beyond community, and beyond our own family. It is no accident that deep relationships have been formed because God knew that prayer would mean EVERYTHING to us! EVERYTHING! Because it WILL get worse before it gets better. My hope is set in the return of Christ. Begging Him to return and collect those that are His so that we may spend eternity Praising God, in His Presence, from the inside out.
The thing is.....the more I pray for His return the more my heart is overcome with a major sense of urgency to make sure that PEOPLE KNOW HIM. That people believe in Him and trust Him. That they give their lives to Him and allow Him to transform them. Because I believe the time is near. How near? Well of course I don't know but what I do know is that the Holy Spirit is all over me saying "Go...get out and MAKE ME FAMOUS". Oh salvation is freedom! Such sweet freedom and if God uses a precious baby or an accident or an illness or loneliness or pain or joy or loss to increase believers to be with us in eternity then I say "Do it again Father, do it again".....because this life is just a blink of an eye...the pain we will experience is a blink..... but I want to see them..see you who is reading this right now.... for an eternity!
I want to close today with the spoken word. I had the privilege to hear Amena Brown in person a few years ago. Sometimes I just listen to her on youtube because I don't have the words to say. But she has been called to speak the very way our hearts feel inside. I could put two of three videos up here but I will stick to just this one. I know many of you will say "I don't have time to listen to her talk about the Greatness of God".....or "I don't want to hear her, what can she say that will touch me"......listen I have already prayed over this video. I have already prayed over the ones that will watch and hear. I do not post a song or a video that was not given to me directly from Father. You can know that when I put something up here for you to look at God has already been telling me to do it for a little while.
So with that said. I ask you to listen for 3 minutes and 31 seconds of your life that I promise will not be a waste. You can't remember why you love God? Can't remember why He is so wonderful right now in the middle of your crisis?...........let her remind you of who it is WE SERVE........how wonderful Father is and what HE DOES FOR US! AMEN AMEN

Last night as I was in bed you kept bringing to mind Ps 139...you hem me in Father...."Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD. You hem me in—behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. ....even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you". Great pain and sorrow is all around but you are peace. I come before you begging for you to wash peace over every single mother that is hurting and every father that wants to check out on life and every teen that is plotting evil and every precious baby that is completely depending on you to give them their next breath..............I ask that peace may be all over them tonight. Your return is much closer than we want to believe. But I know what your Word says. I know it won't get easier but I know that you are our ROCK AND OUR SHIELD and OUR DEFENDER when we can't get the energy to fight. You are about your Glory and so am I. So I ask in Jesus Name, that you would teach us how to pray like we have never prayed before. I am yours Lord..we are yours......continue to use this blog world for your glory and the minute it becomes more about earthly crap I ask that you shut it down in Jesus Name. I love you and I trust you. Now bend our knees and intercede on our behalf as we pray.
