Psalm 97
The Lord is king!
Let the earth rejoice!
Let the farthest coastlands be glad.
Dark clouds surround him.
Righteousness and justice
are the foundation of his throne.
Fire spreads ahead of him
and burns up all his foes.
His lightning flashes out across the world.
The earth sees and trembles.
The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
before the Lord of all the earth.
The heavens proclaim his righteousness;
every nation sees his glory.
Those who worship idols are disgraced—
all who brag about their worthless gods—
for every god must bow to him.
Jerusalem has heard and rejoiced,
and all the towns of Judah are glad
because of your justice, O Lord!
For you, O Lord, are supreme
over all the earth;
you are exalted far above all gods.
You who love the Lord, hate evil!
He protects the lives of his godly people
and rescues them from the
power of the wicked.
Light shines on the godly,
and joy on those whose hearts are right.
May all who are godly rejoice in the Lord
and praise his holy name!

Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth!
Worship the Lord with gladness.
Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good.
His unfailing love continues forever,
and his faithfulness continues to each generation.
Father, there is so much I want to write about but you have not given me the "go". So I just praise you instead of writing. Thank you for reminding me this week of my past, my most desperate moments forever written in my prayer journals from years ago. What a work you have done in me. Forgive me for not fulling remembering all the answered prayers and Restoration you poured out over me. Thank you for forcing me to go back and reread my past. Thank you for humbling me all the more with how GREAT AND MIGHTY YOU ARE. YOU CAN CHANGE ANYONE AND EVERYTHING BY THE SPOKEN WORD! Thank you for all the discipline and purging of all the crap in my life. Thank you for those hard days that I did not want you to clean me out....but you would not back off. Thank you for stripping me down and cutting everything away.......and growing me back. You are my best friend and the love of my life. There are not words to express how much I love you for saving me. For pursuing me and demanding me to pick a side...for you or against you...but NO MORE living a double life. I walk in freedom because of you. I have a pure heart because of you. Thank you for fighting for me! Thank you for setting me free of habitual sins and out right disobedience. Oh how it feels to be on the other side of restoration......continue to push me and require more of me. Let me not ever forget what you have brought me from! I love doing your work, continue to us me!
