I am in one of those stages of life that I am clinging to every part of what salvation brings. When I am alone and desiring a family of my own so bad that I think I could explode into millions of pieces.........I remember that I don't have to bear that burden. I don't have to sit in the emptiness of my longing.........I get to go to Jesus for His cleansing POWER. When I choose to dwell on my desires of wanting more I have to ask myself...."are you fully trusting in His grace this Hour?" I have to choose to sing..."What can make me whole again...NOTHING BUT THE BLOOD OF JESUS....OH PRECIOUS IS THE FLOW, THAT MAKES ME WHITE AS SNOW!" When I feel like He will never bless me with a husband or children I have to choose to sing with all my heart......."I hear the Saviour say, 'Thy STRENGTH INDEED IS SMALL, CHILD OF WEAKNESS, WATCH AND PRAY, FIND IN ME THINE ALL IN ALL'..........Jesus paid IT ALL, all to HIM I OWE; Sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow."
I can't put into words my mood right now. I am not sad to be alone.....on most days I love it. But even on days that I let the "without" feelings creep in..........I must, MUST choose to believe that HE IS IN CONTROL. I must remind my soul that salvation was not given so that I could have a family.....BUT SO THAT I COULD LIVE IN ETERNITY WITH MY FATHER! So that I could be WHITE AS SNOW. Whether I am every a wife or mother........I have already been given the GREATEST GIFT and that is SALVATION! I am clean, no earthly blood can stain me because I am covered with the Blood of Christ that makes me WHITE AS SNOW! As I am enduring through this current stage of life, I will choose NOT TO WASTE time feeling "without" because He is doing so MUCH WITHIN! To God be the GLORY!
I hate Father when i go through a day self- focused on what I want. You know what I want, but you know WAY more of what I need. You have blessed this season of being alone far beyond anything I could imagine. I am trusting that you will do the same should I have a family of my own or not. You are my gift. I get to speak openly to you and get to depend only on you. Thank you for your son's blood that saves the souls of man. Salvation is way bigger than we give it credit for. Let us truly be grateful for what you have done for us! Thank you for making me white as snow and thank you for continuing to tell me to "Run to the Cross Caroline". I will "lay all of my burdens, down at your feet. And at anytime, that I don't know, what else to do......I will cast all my cares upon you!"
