Day 2..
" Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you.He will not fail you or forsake you." Deut 31:
and verse 8 says, "The Lord is the one who goes ahead of you. He will be with you, He will not fail you or forsake you.Do not fear, or be dismayed"
These are the two verses that my mom sent me after confessing to her that I was already stuggling against satan. Mom thank you for being so faithful to pray for us!!!! Tokyo.......as the M's say........"is covered by the Prince of Tokyo" like in Daniel and the struggle with the angels and the prince of Persia. The strong hold here is really noticable....like big time. Our first day here was hard and I was beat down. I am sorry if you got an email from me yesterday.......I was desperate for a word from God. Well I am giving Him all glory and honor this evening for not only encouraging me but also building up unity with my team. Today we started off with meeting in our room and having prayer and then worship. can i just say that my team has the most amazing voices together. We sang "enough".......and to hear them praise God made me cry, it was just beautiful. They have also really stepped it up in the 5 minute english thing. They have made so many friends are are so willing to just share the Word of God. They just blow me away. I am so aware of the fact that I have absolutly no business being here and MY GOD IS ABLE TO DO IT ALL! IF I AM TRYING TO DO IT MYSELF>>>WE WILL ALWAYS FAIL!!!!! He is so good to supply everything we need. We also spent hours today prayer walking at the temples. I will tell you more about that later. But let me just say that as I read scripture out loud......i couldn7t help but cry. All these people clapping twice and shaking their money in order to wake the gods.......THE ONE TRUE GOD IS AWAKE......we speak and he listens...he know the thoughts before we even speak them. But He loves them the very same as He loves me. I love you guys so much and i am so tired and i know that this post may not make sense......but i thank you for praying. Please continue to pray that we are given strength to finish each day. I love it here!!!!!!
ps....our hostel is down the street from the temples. When I ask you to really pray for protection from satan and his gang......I mean PLEASE PRAY AGAINST THE EVIL!!!!!!!! It just makes me sick that he even has that my power here. May our GOD SHUT HIS MOUTH AND BREAK THIS KINGDOM OF DARKNESS
