Spring Semester coming to an End
So last night was our final class in Biblical Herm before the final next week........it was a happy/sad time. Amy and I have so enjoyed having class together. We just so happen to sit next to the funniest guys in our whole class. The other people are fairly boring. Anyway they keep us rolling laughing and I have just enjoyed the back and forth banter that goes on!!!!! But first we had to make one last run to

It was just what I was looking for. I was so wanting to hear your take on it because it is something so personal to each of us. There are so many ways to look at the sacrifice of praise....it could be your words of affirmations that you give freely, your tithe, or anything you do with a pure heart to be like Christ!!!! I had been reading about David and the time he dance in the streets for the Lord, "danced with all his might" and Michal did not see his act as complete sacrificial praise and worship but instead was jealous and embraced at what he was doing. I don't want my praise to ever be dumbed down because my pride is so inflamed that I am worried what others will think of me. I also don't want to be awkward when people worship the way they need to. There are these precious older people in my church and when songs like "HOLY HOLY HOLY" are being sung...they stand if we are sitting down. That's reverence you know!!!! I love that. Hands in the air singing Holy is our God. I want to be like them. Anyway, just been on my heart lately. Faith talked about her standing up in front of many unashamedly declaring where she currently is in her journey and went to the alter to boldly approach the throne of grace........not letting her pride win.......and giving a true sacrifice of praise. Now those weren't her own words but what I saw in her because of her act of obedience. Oh Faith, your words touched me so. It is the very thing I am really studying this week! Be unashamed to do what the Spirit leads me to do the minute He SPEAKS!!!!!!! Oh how is rocks my world that he gives us the supernatural strength to accomplish the inconceivable..........
