Jazzercise is the Death OF ME!!!!!!

ok, as many of you know........i am the jazzercise QUEEN! and no, they did not vote me that I just assumed the position. However, lately my leader lady is really pushing the aerobic part and I am just barely surviving it all. My body is so sore right now that even turning my neck hurts. I can hardly sit DOWN in my chair and don't even get me started on the toilet...which is by the way much lower and harder for me to stand up from. I think I can almost hear my fat and muscle fight with each other.

Bless my students hearts...I keep having to stretch in order to move at a faster pace from one side of the room to another! oooooooooooo the pain. I would like to give a shout out to our fabulous friend Kelly who has lost 4.5 lbs this past week on Weight Watchers!!!!!!!!!

WAY TO GO KELLY!!!!!!! i am working towards 5 lbs lost!!!!!! You are making me think that WW would be for me...minus your comments about starving...i get grumpy hahahahha

This coming weekend my mom and I are heading to HOUSTON!!!!!!!! We have a friend getting married in a really fancy wedding and of course......WE WOULD NOT MISS IT!!!!!!! Road trip with my mom = Beth Moore living proof live conference cd's and a Hallelujah praise time!!! it will be wonderful and one of the reasons why Jazz is my home this weekend. I want to be toned for my dress!!!!!!

The wedding is at the Houstonian and Leanne will be there too! Here is a picture of the inside!!!! I love a beautiful wedding.

ok i have to stop typing because the way i am holding my arms is KILLING ME. I posted this on accident earlier today. Sorry, a student was talking to me and I thought i pushed save but didn't. Off to stretch...have a great Tuesday!!!!!
